I know it still had issues given the console problems, but for me on PC, that was a wild experience to play a game like this minutes after launch, and with zero issues in a lengthy play session that lasted till uh, 1 AM (now, battling Diablo addiction, that’s something else I’m going to have to address later). I was not expecting a launch anywhere close to this smooth. But having played games on HDR-1000, it’s not something I would recommend as it changes the atmosphere which is intended and I found. So if you have an HDR Monitor, then I would set it up through windows to turn HDR on when you launch D4 and turn the HDR off in the game.
So in theory there could be problems at official launch June 6, but we’ll see.īut I have to just give credit where it’s due. The one offered by Windows on the other hand is not bad in comparison.
